Bivio Seems like emails do not easily flow through from Ameritrade Portfolio Alerts daily to Bivio. Even though I turn th filters off, Bivio is still blocking these emails. Is there a way for me to have all emails pass through Bivio instead of storing them all on here and having to delete them one by one? Thanks Tim Mansfield Timothy Mansfield wrote:

Our software automatically disables the "Allow email from anybody" when spam is received by the club if the "Block junk email" item is selected. To allow the Ameritrade alerts to reach the club, go to the Administration / Tools page and select the "Edit Club Configuration" item. https://www.bivio.com/my-club-site/admin/tools Then de-select the "Block junk email" item and select the "Allow email from anybody". If your club has received spam in the past, it is probably best to change the club ID. Select the Administration / Info and then follow the "Club ID" link. Select a club ID with letters and numbers to avoid spammers discovering the email via a dictionary attack. https://www.bivio.com/my-club-site/admin/info > Is there > a way for me to have all emails pass through Bivio instead > of storing them all on here and having to delete them one by > one? If you would like the Ameritrade alerts to go to the club members, but not to the bivio message board, update the email address used by Ameritrade to be: <club id>-members@bivio.com If you would like only club officers to receive the email, use: <club id>-officers@bivio.com If you wish the alerts to go to the message board only, use: <club id>-board@bivio.com Paul Moeller bivio, Inc. |
