Bivio Email Feature
Would be nice if I could delete 500 emails at once without
so many clicks on Bivio.

In general, we don't recommend deleting emails from your club, because
other people may like to refer to them on the site.

That being said, I'm curious as to why your club has 500 emails. It
would be an all-time high. Email support@bivio.com if you would like
to discuss privately.

I agree with you 100% Tim. It would be easy to add a
'select all' option.

Rob, we get our our trade confirmations sent from Amertrade
to our club e-mail address along with the daily portfolio
update. Couple that with regular club banter and 500
e-mails after 3 years on this site is certainly attainable.

Of course my preference would be to keep them but due to the
paltry 50MB limit I have to delete e-mail from time to time.

Gee Dave, all I had to do was ask for some additional space. I would think
after 3 years it would be apparent that the bivio crew is extremely
accommodating. Rather than complain publicly, why not simply ask for what
you need?

I wouldn't think you would want a Select All feature, but a feature allowing
many to be highlighted at once to delete using the Ctr key should take care
of the problem of deleting no longer needed Email. Gene Rooks

We will consider this. FYI, we spend more time restoring accidentally
deleted emails than restoring anything else. This is why we are so
hesitant.

We doubled your quota. If you are running low, please email your
support, and we'll bump it up again.

We are in a long term process of upgrading our file service. It's not
where we make our money so it is sitting on the back burner right now.
However, it's something we will be doing eventually. Letting us know
that you care about file and mail storage is good input. It bumps the
priority.

Thanks,
Rob

Rob,

Much appreciated!

I also like Gene Rooks' idea on deleting many at once. It
may alleviate the accidental deletion concern.

Thanks again.
