No, you do not have to submit forms that do not contain data.

The
documents that appear when I click on "Download Club's Complete Tax
Documents" are Form 1065, a K-1 and instruction page for each member,
and the attachment for Schedule K line 13d. However, when I check the
"Expert Tax" box, additional forms appear in a list of
"Required Schedules and Itemizations." The following three items
are listed:
1. Schedule D(pdf) - club name and tax number are
filled in, all other boxes are empty (we had no
capital gains/losses)
2. Schedule D Attachment - looks like
Schedule D(pdf) without the drawn lines; zeros for lines numbered 5, 10,
and 12 (maybe 12 should be 11?).
3. Distributions of Money and
Property - attachment for Schedule K lines 19a and 19b (both are zero,
these lines are blank on Schedule K - we had no withdrawals this
year)
Do I need to send the three items above with Form 1065?
If so, do I need to put some zeros in item 1 and change 12 to 11 in item
2?
Thank you in advance for any responses, Carol Papke Rising
