support lacking this time of year Tried to get some support on a few transaction-related matters the last few days. Getting the busy-with-tax-season excuse in lieu of any results. Understandable, but wouldn't mind a reasonable rate hike to cover seasonal hiring. Thoughts? Are your problems related to bivio software and its function or are they related to accounting and how to enter specific transactions. I've had no problems and have had great support for my one question. Perhaps your questions are not best answered by bivio's support but by an accountant or perhaps you could throw it out to the masses and see if we can't get you the answer you need. bivo's here to provide the software; and, their role is not to provide the accounting or tax help. I've had no problems with bivio's software and I see the folks using the NAIC software having all sorts of questions on the I-Club lists. I think bivio's done a great job in comparison. Your second message has taken a little longer respond to, because we have to fix the software problem associated with your request. > Getting the busy-with-tax-season excuse in lieu of any > results. I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with the results. We will be happy to refund the rest of your subscription. We also will be happy to solve your problem. > Understandable, but wouldn't mind a reasonable > rate hike to cover seasonal hiring. We invest a lot in the training of our support team. All of them are experienced programmers, by the way, who can not only answer your questions but can also fix some of the issues in the software. The accounting and tax industry is not like the agricultural or construction business. The problems are more complex, and the solutions are often quite complicated. Seasonal hiring is not in your or our best interest. Rob |
