Fee, 10% High Water Mark? in the Partnership bylaws?
I would be VERY VERY careful here. You could easily be violating state and/or federal securities laws.

TY for the response. How would I go about checking into
doing it legally? And how did the likes of Warren Buffett
set up his first Partnership legally in the 1960's. Does the
number of Investors matter? etc...
