someone not in NAIC. So, I assume, they do not have a lock
on its methodology.

The current version has not materially change in many years.

There is a market for a product with enhanced features
including but not limited to more data input columns, and
visual analysis trend lins etc.

This would also include an OPS type data downloaded into the
SSG.

How much would bivio charge for this service and its annual
renewal fee?
