We just imported from NCA 1.04 to Bivio. Looking backwards,
everything matches except the PIPE column vs. Tax Basis
columns - after 01/01/05 they differ. Members tax basis are
less in Bivio than they were in the PIPE column in NCA.

Why?

Aha. Bivio distributes earnings at the time of withdrawals
or end of year. Our club distributed earnings monthly.
Thus the difference after the first of the year.
