When we transfer a stock to a withdrawing member, does BIVIO
take care of figuring out the cost basis for the club and
the K1 for the member at year end ??

Yes. It's all on the withdrawal report for that member. Note that the
k-1 has no information about the stock basis or whether or not there is
a reportable gain on leaving the club. Hence, the withdrawal report to
fill the gap.
