On 5/31, AGRB was reorganized.

The class A and B shares of Agere was converted to regular
shares of AGR at a ratio of 10:1.

The way Ameritrade handled this was:
5/31 charge our account a $20 reorg fee
5/31 exchange out our shares of AGRB
6/15 credit our account with dividend cash in lieu of
fractional shares of AGR
