Hello, I'm interested in finding out if anyone has ever had
problems with creating an international investment club.

Problems with taxes, reporting members to the brokerage
account office, etc...

I've registered my club and it's surrounding a particular
investment strategy based off of my personal techniques. The
club will be used to help further educate my members in
real-time. The stocks chosen will be from the members but
the stock picking techniques will be set in stone.

Members will be invited from those that have purchased my
book, workshops or private membership to my website.

I'm worried that I might run into problems with the
international aspect of running it right and reporting it's
actions as I should.
