I spoke to E-Trade and the rep thought it might be related to the changes they recently made in the "Sweep Account" choices.

The "XCH - E TRADE FUNDS" items should be deleted from your bivio
records, as they do not affect the cash balance. After deleting the two
items, your account will be back in balance.

We'll update AccountSync so these items do not get brought into your
bivio records.
