We have a number of B shares but Bivio does not update per
price share with Ameritrade. We have ticker listed as:
BRK.B; is there a way that Bivio can recognize these shares
and update automatically? Do I need to change ticker?

You can assign the investment to our quote database. Select
'Identify Listed Investments' on the Administration / Tools page and
enter BRKB next to the Berkshire Hathaway B shares.
