New Member Question - HELP
I just purchased a half-year subscription to do our taxes
and to see how BIVIO works. I read the getting started
materials and then attempted to create a new account. When
I went to the section on editing the new account, I was able
to enter the cash balances, then entered about 20 stock
holdings using a switch-over date of 1/1/2004. When I
finished entering the info on the stocks, I clicked on
"next" and was taken to a page with more entries for stocks
(the same page I got earlier when I asked for more rows). I
tried several times to get to the third entry area (member
contributions), but could not. I entered stocks again, then
clicked enter again, and was back to more rows!! Now I have
lost all my entries twice and an SO FRUSTRATED!!!

What am I doing wrong????

The bug in you encountered with investment opening balances has been
corrected. You can update the club's opening balances by selecting
the 'Edit Opening Balances' link on the Administration / Tools page.
