This is not a problem with the tax reporting by bivio,
but a problem with
how to report the distributions. Couple of our members
recevied a Final K-1
form. They are asking how they would report the
distribution they got from
the partnership.

They specifically wanted to know if they could report
the losses that they
had suffered

Along with the K-1, also provide the member with a copy of their
withdrawal report. The withdrawal report will detail the gain/loss for
the member which should be reported on their 1040 Schedule D.
 
Select the 'Withdrawal Reports' link on the Accounting / Reports
section.
