What have other clubs done about having a calendar for the
clubs operations.

Like when you have elections and when the meeting are and
stuff. So far we have just come up with a spreadsheet.

Has anyone come up with any better ideas?

Have you customized your bivio home page? If you have a
program like Front Page you can easily implement an RSS
calendar http://www.rsscalendar.com/rss/ Sign up for free
and publish the code to your home page. Muliple options to
publish. Your club members can even import the appointments
to Outlook. It's pretty easy and updates are a breeze.
