Our club in Grove, Ok will be disbanding. As the
    Treasurer I must also resign due to relocation and my
    wife's illness.
Would there be someone in the Grove, Ok area who would be
willing to help this club disband around May of 2005 this
year.

Not sure what you might be looking for in disbanding. Do
you plan to liquidate your holdings? Distribute various
holdings?

Not sure I could be of assistance, but our club is a family
club located in Chelsea, not too far from there. I am on
assignment overseas, but come home regularly. Happy to
discuss you plans with you.
