Archive Data
Our club is at 65% of our storage limit. I'm sure that's
due to more than 4 years of emails being stored. Is there a
way to archive those and download them so that we can still
keep them on a local machine, but they won't eat up our
storage?

Currently we have no way of downloading all your messages easily. On
the above numbers, you've got another three years or so. We hope to
increase the storage limit way beyond 50MB within a year or so. I
wouldn't worry about it for now. If you run out of space, contact
support, and we'll find you an ad hoc solution.

Our club is approaching the same limit with less than two years email. I'd like to clean up the club's email. Is there some interface that is being planned to allow some easy means to clean up/archive our old email materials?

A gmail type interface would be great - if you are looking for suggestions or customer input.

No. Like google, we don't think clubs should have to delete their
emails. As Paul noted, we will be increasing the amount of disk
available within the next year.

We like gmail, too! We recommend it to all our friends. I wish we
IPO'd for $10B+ so we could have a little cash to create cool
interfaces like that. :-)

Seriously, we have been upgrading our infrastructure to support XHTML
and CSS over the last few months, which is something that will be
required for us to upgrade our interface. No promises here, but we
are weighing options on the email side of things right now.

There's no reason why you should have to run out of space. If you do,
please email support@bivio.com, and we'll figure out a solution for
you.
