Was told by a club member that transfering NCA data into
Bivio can no longer be done due to litigation.

Is this true & if so what is the prefered way to set up this
club account in Bivio?

Our competitor has threatened us, but there is no pending litigation.
Sharing file formats is not illegal, and we have not done anything
wrong. Indeed, we believe it is unethical for NCA to encrypt your
data without telling you. However, we decided to avoid a legal fight
to save our customers money.

You can transfer your accounting quite easily to bivio, just as you
might switch from QuickBooks to Peachtree. We have several options
available depending on the age of your club. Please contact
support@bivio.com to learn how to do this.

Once you have imported your data into bivio, you no longer need NCA.
All your tax and accounting needs are better handled by our software
without extra fees for support and taxes you might have to pay to use
NCA.
