Record Keeping Hi- We recently signed up for the Account Sync feature with our ETrade account. Our account records are now really off and I have spent significant time trying to reconcile, but it has not helped much. Is there any way to make a "clean break" with our bivio account? Our club uses bivio to keep track of individual share portion. If we can start our records over and begin using the account sync feature, we would be ok with that. There would also be work categorizing historical payments before you used the penny payment for automatically categorizing your AccountSync payments. I would recommend that you keep your records as is and make the necessary adjustments. You should use our export/import feature to backup your records before starting any historical changes like this.
