Certainly not before the IRS releases the forms (which it has not done yet).
I would imagine the programmers/quality assurance staff at bivio will need at
least a few days after that to make sure everything works correctly.

Besides there's no rush. You have to wait until you receive your 1099s from
your broker/bank before you can complete your return. They don't have to
provide them until January 31.
