Bivio and Firefox 1.0
Is anyone else having problems with Bivio using the Firefox
browser? The site is painfully slow and reports won't
render at all. I can barely log transactions because the
wait time is so long. Even paging through transactions
takes quite a while. This is all in "unlocked" mode too,
I'd hate to think what it would be like if I attempted it in
a totally secure mode.

We use Firefox without a problem. Indeed we highly recommend
people switch to it for security reasons. We can access your account
without a problem as well.

Is this a recent change in behavior?

I'm using Firefox 1.0 with Bivio and it's great. The text
is a little small and I hit "Control and +" to make it
bigger. That's the only difference I notice. Firefox seems
a lot faster than IE and I like the security features.

You can adjust your bivio "Style" so that fonts appear bigger. It's
at the bottom of this page, for example.

One handy Firefox feature is being able to set the minimum font size.
Go to Tools > Options > Fonts & Colors (button) and Minmum font size
is a field on this page. It defaults to None, but depending on your
screen, you might want to set it to 12 or 14.

I have been using FireFox for a couple of months now and do
not notice the problems you are having. I do notice that the
font seems to be a bit smaller on the page but that is about
it.
