Part 8a -- most investment clubs are organized as partnerships or LLCs. If you are an LLC electing to be treated as a partnership, you also check "partnership". If you are organized as some other entity, choose the appropriate one.

Section 9 -- Use "banking purposes" and write "investment club" on the line next to it.
