I'm not sure how you're trying to enter this, but there is no requirement for any price entries. Enter spinoff. The original company is Motorola, the spinoff company is Freescale (not Freemarket), the date is 12/2/04, the number of shares is .110415* the number of Motorola shares owned, the remaining basis percentage is 89.5% (see the press release at the Motorola website), and the cash-in-lieu is whatever you received for any fractional shares of Freescale.
