A reverse split is entered the same as any other split, just enter the ratio correctly (e.g.., 1 to 5). You'll have to give more information about what kind of stock warrant transaction you are trying to enter... is it the issuance of a warrant, a buy, a sell, a redemption, expiration, etc. It would also help if you include the name of the company involved.
