Our club is fairly new to Bivio and we've been making all of
our entries into our old NAIC 1.04 software, then importing
this data into Bivio for tax printing purposes.  Is this
ok??

I don't know. What I do know is that NCA 1.04 does not conform to current tax law. If nothing else, when you import the data into bivio, you will have to assign the ex-dividend dates to each of your dividends. I know that bivio has a good procedure for assigning the ex-dividend dates for new transactions, but I don't know how it handles imported transactions. You probably should direct your question to bivio's technical support team.
