A number of members of our club like the K-1 access but they
also liked the fact that SSNs were masked in Bivio... except
at tax time.

Is it possible for Bivio to be enhanced to only allow access
to each member's respective K-1? Naturally, the
Administrator would need to maintain its current access, but
this suggestion does merit consideration, especially in the
age of identity theft.

Any thoughts?

Steven,

Just so you know, our club doesn't even put the socials on the system, at
all! We run the K-1s without a social, then hand write them in after they
are printed. It takes two minutes, and makes us feel more secure.

Just a suggestion if Bivio can't make a change.

Currently, only the club administrator or officer can view all the
K-1s. Normal club members may only see their own K-1, and only after
the treasurer has selected the 'Allow members to access K-1' checkbox
on the Accounting / Taxes page.
