One of our stocks (PCBC) recently had a 4 for 3 split but
this is not reflected in the number of shares in Bivio.  Is
this a manual change that I have to do or is it not updated
yet?

Unless you subscribe to one of the premium services where they manage your portfolio records for you, you have to enter the split yourself.
