asked us for a minute of organization of. Can we download a
form that we can use and if so any legal cause.

Marcos, I think they are looking for a copy of your partnership agreement.
We've got one on our website at www.bivio.com/crowriver. Just look under
Documents. Then, under Catch-All we've got a list of other clubs with an
online presence. They, too, have their PAs online. You can use these as a
template to create your own, based on your club's own desires.
