We will be terminating our club in June and distrubuting the money in late June or early July. I know I will need to file the tax reports in 2005 for this year. Since our subscription to Bivio expires on December 31, 2004, my question is will I still have access to the account in Jan/Feb 2005 or will I need to renew so that I can do the taxes. Need to know so that I can calculate the fees needed to completely close the books.
