Reports by email
Can the reports be email to all members in a club, without
copying and pasting it over and over?

Why can't the members access the reports directly? It saves you lots
of effort, and it gives them "any time" access.

Some can, but others can only get emails. Some do not want
to come near a computer, but have family that would get the
emails for them. It would be nice if the report page had a
send to all members button.

Can a group be setup in IE and a page sent to a group?

In IE, you can send any page by going to the IE's File menu (upper
left corner) and clicking on Send > Page by e-mail. You can send the
page to whomever you like, including a list you create in your mail
agent.

bivio allows you to send e-mail to all your club members, but they
have to register first. The registration process is quite simple.
It's something your members need to do only once, and it gives you an
address at bivio.com that all members can send to and get mail from.

This is the first time I've heard of someone (in recent history :-)
who only can get emails. Usually people who have email access can
also access the web. Are they using some type of specialized mail
computer? It would be good to know so we can add it to our support
knowledge base.

One of the main selling points of bivio is that it alleviates the
pressure on the treasurer to provide information to the members. It's
up to the members to want to be involved enough to register and to
access the club accounts. Time and time again we hear back from clubs
about how this one feature empowers their club to be more active and
to invest more intelligently.

Even the members who have family who access the web can take advantage
of this feature. They use their email address to register for the
member.

One thing you might do is print out the relevent sections from our
Getting Started Guide and pass it out to your members:

It's got lots of pictures that guide you and your members through the
registration process. There are also help pages that are informative,
such as:
