Matt, We made a provision for this event in our Bylaws
               "If a partner experiences a financial
               emergency, he/she may be granted a waiver by
               The Club from making monthly contributions
               for a period of up to six (6) months. A
               request for a waiver must be presented in
               writing to the Presiding Partner at the first
               available monthly meeting and must be
               approved by a majority vote."
