I am updating the addresses and SSN's of our members both
active and withdrawn so the K-1's will be created correctly.
I was intended to get the email addresses of all withdrawn
members updated as well, but it appears I cannot enter an
email address on a Withdrawn member for reference purposes?

When you enter the withdrawal, you have the option of keeping the
member online. This will allow you to retain the email address, and
gives the member access to the club's records.

We don't have a way right now of keeping around email addresses for
offline users. This is the first request we've had for such a
feature, but it might be something we could add.
