Why am I getting duplicates of messages. Also, the last
message subject was "Tax Fed" and there was no message. Que

You may have received two messages if you have a secondary bivio email
address. You can edit your email addresses on the following page.

The previous club cafe email had no message body. Most likely the person
sent the message before finishing it.
