Did he follow the instructions for signing up?
Or is he having problems just accessing Bivio??

I've had a Hell of a time getting things uploaded today. It's been really
really slow. That could be the problem. In order for you to help him
figure it out, I've just sent you an invitation to my club's website. Maybe
you can sign up, then walk him through it.

FYI, we had a frustrated user who soaked up all our server resources
by massive clicking. We're working on a solution to avoid this
problem.

We apologize for the difficulties. If you find the system is slow,
the rule is: don't click more. It's sort of like honking your horn in
a gridlock, it will only make things worse.
