What do we do when a member leaves the club?
I mean with the taxes?????
Are the taxes with the club taxes or with the members
taxes???
Please let me know.

Hi Tom,

If you're using Bivio accounting, you're in luck! You can perform a
withdrawal for the member (see Help) and it will generate a withdrawal
statement. Send him a copy and keep one for your books. At the end of the
year, the taxes will automatically remember he was in the club for part of
the year and generate a K-1 for him, too. No problem!
