club_cafe: Inactive member

>>We have a member in our club that is not attending meetings and paying dues. Phone calls and emails are not answered. Does anyone have an example of a letter requesting a member intentions of continuing with the club or be considered for removal?

Our by-laws state that any member can be voted out by the majority of the other members at any meeting for any reason. The only restriction is that the intent to vote on expulsion must be announced before the meeting.
