Where is the foreign taxes field located. We have a
dividend that had foreign taxes withheld from the amount and
we would like to record the W/H taxes. Please advise.

Go to your Accounting > Investments page. Click on Income. There's a
field called Foreign Taxes which is used for this purpose. To learn
