My club officially disbanded last year. I have printed the
K-i's and the 1065 and downloaded/archived all the club info
from Bivio.
Our Bivio subscription expires on 4/15.
Question 1: What do I have to do by way of cleanup on Bivio?
Question 2: If for some reason we'll have to amend any of
the paperwork we've sent the IRS, is there a procedure in
place in Bivio to accommodate reloading the data, changing
the numbers etc? I am assuming a new subscription will have
to be taken out. Perhaps this process would be done by
hand??

If you would like to have your club deleted, send a message to
support@bivio.com.

You can preserve your club data on our site indefinitely, even after
your subscription has expired. If you need to access your club data
later, for example, to prepare an amended return, email
support@bivio.com and we can temporarily enable your access to the
accounting and tax records.

While I hate to see any Club disband, one thing is for sure.
