Jim,

I believe there are at least three additional issues with regard to continued use of NCA1.04 which may or may not be relevant to you.

1) no provision for equal allocation of expenses

2) no charitable contributions

3) IIRC, there is a problem with the handling of certain fees in DRP accounts. (Again, my memory is hazy since it didn't directly affect my club, but I think that 1.04 treated DRP expenses as expenses, not commissions).
