When SCOR was aquired by CAH, Ameritrade charged us a $20
mandatory reorganization fee. I assume this "fee" becomes
part of our cost basis for CAH. How and where is this fee
properly entered?

I believe that because the fee wasn't associated with a buy or sell
transaction, that it is required to be recorded as a club expense.
