i was reading back through some of the articles and letters
about fees v. expenses, and i understand the differences.
My question is, does bivio allow us anyway to specially
allocate an expense to one partner? Or do I have to adjust
the K-1s manually? This is, of course, assuming that our
agreement allows such an allocation.

Unfortunately we don't offer a way to allocate an expense to one
partner at this time. If possible, I would suggest that you keep these
expenses off the club's books, and let the member claim the expense on
their individual tax return.
