club_cafe: How to prove sincerity

Based on the disclaimer at the bottom of your note - you certainly don't need
any additional legal advice.

In all seriousness, internal control is important for investment clubs. We have
different members who are able to> sign checks, make trades and deposit money.
Broker and bank statements go to two individuals and we do a yearly audit of our
books.
If someone tried to take out our money - they certainly wouldn't get to spend
too much time in the tropics.

So based on the fact I wanna make money, have an invest strategy, stock
chosen doesn't really matter. Do you think an investment club is something I
should pursue or is a hedge fund a better vehicle for me?? I've been
investing and I'm only 26 too.
