Greetings Cafe, my club is interesting in putting in a
"checklist" of sorts to track attendances? Are there any
groups currrently doing this type of tracking? If so, how
does it work/has it worked? Has it been received well?

Michelle, I'm not sure what you mean by a checklist for tracking...

Our club does track attendance (and whether or not notice was given and
payment was received). Our attendance records are listed in the minutes of
our meetings, right under "Meeting was called to order at ...". We also
list any guests that attended.
