Minnesota Partnership Laws
Anyone from Minnesota have some difficult working with
getting their club set up in Minnesota? I am having a hard
time we currently according to the state are only seen as a
assumed name when I am sure that I paid for us to be known
as a partnership.

Just looking to hear from any other experiences.
Eric,

No problem. The Assumed Name Certificate is exactly what you needed. You
probably filed your Assumed Name "as" a partnership, so you're OK.

I had to give a presentation on how to start a club in Minnesota a couple of
years ago. I put the handout on our website at www.bivio.com/crowriver
Just look under "Catch-All Corner." You can't miss it.

It includes all the information you'll need to get your club up and running
with the State and Fed. If you have any other questions about Minnesota,
feel free to contact me privately.
