The answer lies in what you did with the money. If you transfered it from
escrow into your club account, you should enter it into bivio as a cash
transfer. If you gave it back to the members, you should enter it as a
partial withdrawal.

Your Fidelity account is probably off because you entered the transfer from
escrow as if it were brand-new money coming from the members.
