For a while I use NCA 1.4 in conjunction with Bivio. That
allowed me to have a copy of the club data on my desktop
machine just in case. That version of the NAIC software has
since gone south.

Any recommendations on what I should do from a
backup/archive perspective? I print off the reports monthly
- bnut is that enough? Am I missing something simple?

The IRS will want paper copies. You can export your data into
XML. Please see:
