When a club has elections & changes officers what paperwork
do we need to concern ourselves with?

Tricia,

Possibly none. The only sure thing is that your club's
minutes should record the election and the new officers.

Check with your state to see if they require an up-to-date
list of the club officers.

Check with your broker to see if they require one as well.
(The broker probably only cares about who is authorized to
execute transactions on behalf of the club.)
