Trying to find info on ending a club.

The interest in our club is waning and, and rather than
proceed with just a few members, we have decided to end the
club, selling off all of our stocks, and paying off the
members.

How do we inform the government that we will be closing the
business associated to our Tax ID, and that this will be our
last year reporting?
