Monthly Drafts on Members Checking Accounts?

We are just getting started. We want to have monthly drafts
from the individual members' bank accounts to our trade
account or even a bank account. We have set an amount of
$50 month each. Does anyone know of a brokerage account
that will let us do this? I asked Ameritrade but they have
a $200 minimum per draft. Thanks.

Buyandhold.com would work, but they have other limitations (ie they don't
offer all stocks, have monthly charges, and do window trades).
