Is there anyway that I can go back and re-input fees as
member contributions without messing up the 2001 tax year???
And without having to
file amended 1065 and K-1's???
They were deposited in Oct. 2001.

One way would be to just try it, and see if the numbers are different.
You can always revert the transaction state to the way it was.

Look that all the K-1's and 1065 to see if there are any differences
with the ones you submitted to the IRS. If there are, revert back to
the old transactions. If not, it's OK.
